Church-going Godless

I can pray without loving God
I can go to church without loving God
I can love worship music without loving God
I can be inspired by great preaching without loving God

I can be impressed with grand architecture without loving God
I can be enamored with theological discourse without loving God
I can be a decent, moral, ethical, flag-waving patriotic American without loving God.
I can be enthusiastic about dynamic churches with great programs for families without loving God.
I can feed the poor, speak up for the homeless, oppose all wars, and bemoan racism without loving God.
I can forsake wealth, attack capitalism, denounce greed, criticize Walmart, and occupy Wall Street without loving God.

However
I cannot love God without loving God.

And, without loving God 
I will not have 
 the Savior
      the church
           the mission
                the hope
                     the life

He who has the Son has life.  He who does not have the Son does not have Life. 1 John 5:12
